Can Singapore's ICBC deposit new currency as RMB?

I am now in Singapore and want to use online banking to buy something. However, my work card has no money, and I only have Singapore Coins. I want to ask, can I ask if I can deposit Singapore Coin in Singapore to enter the bank card, and then use it as the RMB in the card?
